Framework place awarded to property regeneration consultancy
Leeds-based property regeneration consultancy AspinallVerdi has been appointed by EN:Procure to its Landsolve 2.0 Framework.
EN:Procure – the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings limited – launched the framework on 18 January 2021 for an initial duration of four years with the option to extend for a further four years.
The framework aims to provide high-quality Land Brokerage and Advisory services to assist in generating capital and maximising the value of land.
It is for the benefit of the public and charitable sector and includes supporting the development of surplus land assets with the aim of delivering social infrastructure or other public policy objectives on a UK wide basis.
The land advisory services part of the framework saw six companies including AspinallVerdi appointed.
The consortium’s broader membership includes approximately 30 registered providers and local planning authorities nationally from Northumberland County Council to Wokingham Borough Council including Together Housing, The Guinness Partnership and Home Group.

The framework complements Efficiency North’s range of procurement solutions aimed at new build housing development and positions the company and its services higher in the development process.
