Branding company signs up for revamped commercial property

Branded environment business Futurama Limited will occupy a refurbished property on an industrial estate in Bradford.
Industrial property owner and asset manager, In-site Property Solutions, has secured Futurama as the tenant for its recently acquired site at Euroway Industrial Estate.
The property, now named Green Park, has undergone an extensive revamp following the In-site purchase at the end of 2020.
Futurama, which delivers branded environments for some of the world’s best-known brands, is moving from its current location in Leeds.

“We have enjoyed working with them to ensure the final details of refurbishment is what they require.”
Holder & Co acquired the site on behalf of In-site and secured the lease with Futurama.
Phil Caspell, of Holder & Co, said: “It is great to welcome Futurama to Green Park. The short void period is testament to the superb refurbishment job carried out by In-site, and the hard work by all parties in securing this letting.”
York and Lincoln based Langleys Solicitors acted for In-site when acquiring the site and subsequent lease negotiations.
Commercial property partner at Langleys, James Bradley, said: “We were delighted to act on behalf of In-site on the purchase and subsequent letting of Green Park to Futurama Limited.
