From brunch, lunch and now to dinner

CORA, the contemporary bake house, dining room and wine cellar based in Boston Spa, headed up by chef Elizabeth Cottam who is the head chef and founder of the much loved Leeds restaurants HOME and The Owl, is expanding its offering.

Having launched in Spring this year, CORA has quickly grown from offering bakery and patisserie-based brunch- and daytime tasting menu, to open for an additional evening tasting menu.

The fully female senior team has already seen high praise, and CORA’s new and diverse offering has been celebrated in Boston Spa for enriching the town’s culinary scene.

With the aim of embracing the sense of occasion around food, the restaurant has brought fine dining to the traditionally more informal and casual slots of brunch and afternoon tea.

Now Cottam and the team are preparing to launch the evening tasting on 20th August, which will see a tasting menu of eight small plates served on Friday and Saturday evenings. This new offering is to be priced at £65 per person with menus not being published, either prior to or during your dining experience.
