Mike Finkill, from ISIS Waterside Regeneration, said: “This is another fantastic award to add to our collection and I’d like to thank everyone who has worked on the scheme as we are truly proud to be part of such a successful development.

“We’re honoured to have won the regeneration accolade as our intention with Granary Wharf, as with every scheme we develop, is to harness the unique qualities of our waterways to create a mixed, balanced, diverse and genuinely sustainable place for people to live, work and enjoy, and it’s wonderful to have this recognised by our industry peers.”

The Leeds Waterfront Festival was also a winner at the awards in the ‘recreation and tourism’ category.
