Property consultancy opens Leeds office

PROPERTY consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has launched its second Yorkshire office, and 11th in the UK, after opening an office in Leeds.
The consultancy has a strong northern presence, with offices already in Manchester, Warrington, Cumbria and Sheffield.
Its UK projects have included Sheffield Indoor Market and assisting KPMG with its relocation into Manchester’s One St Peter’s Square.
There are plans to expand its Leeds office, at Atlas House, King Street, over the coming months.
Matt Gosling, managing partner for RLB, said: “This new office enables us to service existing clients from a local base and raise the RLB profile across West and North Yorkshire.”
RLB chairman Ann Bentley added: “We are looking forward to growing our business in Leeds and the surrounding area and anticipate announcements about further appointments to the Leeds office next year.”
The firm, which has over 3,600 staff operating from more than 120 offices, offers three core services – quantity surveying, building surveying and project management.
