Derbyshire skip-hire firm enters administration

HMRC petitioned to have Re-Use wound up in October

A Derbyshire skip hire and waste management company has entered administration just weeks after it the High Court received a petition to wind the company up.

Re-Use Sales has appointed Hart Shaw of Sheffield as administrators after it HMRC submitted the petition to wind the firm up on 26 October.

Re-Use Sales is based in Clay Cross and has been trading since 1996. Its directors are named as Sean Kennelly and Diane Ashworth, who is the majority shareholder.

The company last submitted accounts in December of 2015. The papers say that Re-Use Sales had creditors amounting to £283,810 as of 31 March 2015, whilst it was owed £144,626.
