LSH to close Leicester office

Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is closing its Leicester office.

The firm says it will service Leicester from its Nottingham office.

The De Montfort Street office will close on 31 December, with the two remaining members of staff, Jane Taylor and Jag Ladhar, leaving the business.

Adam Ramshaw, regional director at LSH, said: “We are constantly reviewing our operations to ensure we are providing the best service to our clients and returns to the business. We have therefore made the decision to consolidate part of our East Midlands operation and close our Leicester base.

“LSH has invested heavily in the East Midlands of late, with the acquisition of Hodgson Elkington and recruitment into our Nottingham office and we remain committed to this important region.”
