SOCIAL SCENE: Embankment House relaunch
Nottingham’s largest single available office floorplate was showcased by two of the city’s property consultancies following the completion of a million pound refurb.
Embankment House at Riverside Business Park was acquired last year by Titanium Real Estate.
Craig Straw, director at Innes England, said: “This is the largest single available floorplate within Nottingham city, and it has recently undergone a £1m refurbishment programme which will make it hugely attractive to potential occupiers.

Nottingham-based property consultancy FHP is acting as joint agents on the scheme.
