On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Anna Janiczek has joined Nottingham-based BMS Group as group finance manager.

She will be responsible for managing accounts and finance for the Groups construction, land and property divisions.

Stephen Moody, chairman of BMS Group said: “I’m delighted to welcome Anna to our team,
with her international background in corporate finance she was a natural choice and will play an important role in meeting our expansion plans for 2017.”

BMS Group was established in 1998 and specialise in commercial building refurbishment and fit-out with projects throughout the Midlands and south-east.

Nelsons Solicitors’ wills and probate team in Leicester has been strengthened by the addition of associate Helen Salisbury, who joins the team from the firm’s Derby office.

She said: “I’m looking forward to a new challenge as I move from Nelsons’ Derby office to the Leicester office. My goal is to develop the wills and probate department in Leicester through building strong relationships and connections with other professionals in the city.

“I hope that we will be able to grow the department so much so that we will soon need to recruit new team members to manage our expanding case load, establishing ourselves as the leading firm for private client work in Leicester.”

Salisbury’s move brings the firm’s wills and probate team in Leicester up to three, alongside a new paralegal Courtney Bent, and partner Jane Sutherland.
