On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Collins and Blakesley

Lincolnshire software firm OrderWise has promoted two members of its staff.

Dave Collins steps up to internal improvement manager and Karl Blakesley has made the move from marketing consultant to manager.

Collins said: “From day one, the focus here is very much about making employees feel included and part of the OrderWise family. We don’t just offer people jobs, we offer them career opportunities and progression within the company. We believe the key to success is educating our workforce to work smarter not harder.”

Blakesley said: “My role includes managing the growing marketing team and activities at OrderWise on a day-to-day basis. This is in addition to raising awareness of the OrderWise brand both locally and nationally. My aim is to get the name out there, and in front of the right people.”
