£1.7m architects’ offices to be built at Grove Park

The building division of Nottinghamshire-based North Midland Construction has been awarded the contract to build the new £1.7m head office of architects Stephen George + Partner on Grove Park in Leicester.
The scheme will be a two-storey building featuring brickwork, cladding and timber elements. Work has just begun on the project and will take 26 weeks to complete.
Stephen George + Partners specialises in urban regeneration, master planning and architectural services for offices, education, retail, residential and leisure purposes. The firm has offices in Leicester, Leeds and Solihull in the West Midlands.
Nick Banks, operations director of NM Group’s building division, said: “It’s great to be back working on a development in Grove Park and we look forward to constructing the new offices for Stephen George + Partners.”
