Fairview appoints new BD manager

West Bridgford-based estate and lettings agent, Fairview Estates, has appointed Pierce Bennett as new business manager and valuer.

Formerly of Frank Innes (Mapperley), Bennett brings two years’ valuation experience to his new role, and will be responsible for developing the Fairview Estates register and conducting valuations within Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands.

Aaron Cambden, director at Fairview Estates, said: “The addition of Pierce to the Fairview Estates team is the next step in what’s been an exciting year of expansion for Fairview Estates.

“Having moved into our new office in West Bridgford in March, we’re now focusing on growing our register and expanding our catchment area further into the East Midlands. Pierce will be instrumental in helping us achieve these plans.”
