JLT relocates Nottingham office
Risk and insurance advisor, JLT Specialty (JLT), has relocated its Nottingham office.
This is the fourth time the Nottingham office has moved since JLT entered the Nottingham market back in June 2012. The new 1,800 sq ft office, called the Garden Suite, is on the first floor of Castle Heights, a newly refurbished multi-story office building on Maid Marian Way.
The relocation is part of a Midlands-wide expansion, which last month also saw JLT relocate its Birmingham office to larger premises.
Sally Swann, head of Midlands, said: “Following our success over the last few years, JLT Specialty Limited has enjoyed a solid financial performance in the first half of 2017. We are entering the second half of 2017 with a positive outlook and will be increasing our momentum. We have an ever-growing team of professional, experienced corporate risk and insurance advisers. Our new offices will provide us with the space to continue our expansion within Nottingham and across the East Midlands.”
JLT Specialty is part of the Jardine Lloyd Thomson Group. In July, JLT announced its interim trading results to 30 June 2017. It reported total growth of 11%, taking group turnover to £689.9m, with 3% growth reported for JLT Specialty.
