Plans revealed for prime West Bridgford site

Plans to build 61 retirement apartments on a prominent West Bridgford development site have been revealed.

Churchill Retirement Living wants to build the retirement home on the former Sandicliffe Motors site on the corner of Bridgford Road and Loughborough Road in the affluent Nottingham suburb.

A planning proposal outlines a development of one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The site was originally let to Sandicliffe Motors eleven years ago. Sandicliffe relocated at the end of 2017 to two new sites close to the Showcase Cinema off Clifton Boulevard in Lenton.

David Hargreaves from FHP was been appointed by the owners of the site on Loughborough Road to advise on its future development.
