A Nottingham-based company, which is a leader in digital patient engagement and data capture solutions for clinical research organisations and healthcare providers, is set to expand its office space again after breaking through the 100-employee barrier.

Exco InTouch, which was set up in 2004 by CEO and founder Tim Davis and boasts local pharma entrepreneur Neil Rotherham as its chairman, is now embarking on another recruitment drive which will see at least another 10 per cent increase in staff members over the next six months.

The £9.1m-turnover firm, which is headquartered in Nottingham but also employs 18 people at its US office in Morrisville, North Carolina, was recently the only pharmaceutical technology firm to be named in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 – which ranks Britain’s fastest growing private technology companies.

Meanwhile, Exco InTouch also has plans to expand its footprint at Wheatcroft Business Park and is in the process of increasing office space by another third to accommodate the new hires.

Tim Davis, CEO and Founder of Exco InTouch, said: “Both the pharmaceutical and tech industries are among the fastest growing in the UK, and Nottingham is a real hub for mobile app and web development, boasting some of the best developer and programming talent in the UK.

“Exco InTouch is in a position where we can offer rewarding careers that straddle both of these sectors. This, combined with our culture of providing an approachable, passionate and professional working atmosphere means we’ve been able to grow our team so quickly over the last 18 months.

“We’re also actively looking to add to our dynamic, forward-thinking team over the next six months, and I’d urge anyone who wants to work for such a company to get in touch.”
Exco InTouch is currently actively recruiting for client support specialists, project managers and project assistants but are always looking to expand their technology group with software developers and testers.
