Nottingham plastics firm moves into 35,000 sq ft unit

St Modwen has leased the final vacant units at its 170,000 sq ft Bestwood Business Park in Nottingham to local business, Bonnington Plastics.

Bonnington Plastics – the importers and distributors of gardening, DIY, catering, leisure and homeware – has signed a five-year agreement at the site, moving into two industrial units totalling nearly 35,000 sq ft.

Jonathan Green, director of asset management at St Modwen, said: “Bonnington Plastics is one of the UK’s fastest growing companies and complements Bestwood Business Park’s other tenants. We are pleased that this scheme is now fully let and that we have created a busy, thriving site.”

Sean Bremner, prtner at CPP – the agents for the site – added: “Bestwood Business Park is a real success story. The development offers a great deal of flexibility both in size and occupational terms. It’s great to hit 100% occupancy securing good calibre occupiers and this is testament to the opportunities for growth available here in what is a fantastic environment for businesses to develop.”
