Former Paragon Interiors duo launch new business

A new interior fit-out contractor has been launched by two former commercial managers of Nottingham’s Paragon Interiors Group.

Integrated Fit Out is a is led by managing director Adrian Bellamy and commercial director Jamie Khariuk.

The new business, based in the Nottingham suburb of Colwick, will operate primarily within the East Midlands, servicing the office and commercial sector.

Bellamy has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry, with 18 of those at the Paragon group of companies either side of running his own business, The Construction Buro.

Most recently, Bellamy was head of special projects at Paragon, which went into administration at the end of February 2019 and was sold to London firm Elev8 Interiors yesterday (10 April)

A former quantity surveyor with Kier Group, Khariuk has over a decade of experience in the construction industry, across a variety of sectors, five years of which were spent at Paragon with Adrian Bellamy.

Bellamy said: “We strongly believe there is a gap in the market for our offering. Landlord and end of lease refurbishments will likely form the backbone of the business. We are construction rather than design led and will be looking to provide interior solutions to commercial clients and landlords, from minor improvements through to turnkey projects across the East Midlands. Building relationships will be the key to our future, built around an ethical model, and based on trust and openness, with our clients, and our supply chain partners’

Khariuk added: “We are very upbeat about this exciting opportunity to harness our experience in the sector where we have both been involved in some truly fantastic projects. We will work within our niche but will also be happy to align with larger operators. The key for us is finding projects where we can add value to all parties in a sustainable manner that works for everyone. Working closely with our clients to make a real difference, and nurture the trust that is essential to evolving long lasting relationships.”
