Trent Bridge Quays moves to next stage
Planners have given the thumbs up to the second phase of a major residential scheme in Nottingham.
City Council chiefs approved plans to build 44 apartments, 14 townhouses and retail space at the Trent Bridge Quays site opposite Notts County’s Meadow Lane stadium on Wednesday afternoon (18 December).
The site was last used and operated as a dairy depot by Dairy Crest.
The new scheme will include a five-storey building and 47 car parking spaces.
