Thumbs up for £25m student development
A £25 million student scheme in Nottingham has been approved by Nottingham City Council planners.
Omni Developments was given the go-ahead to build the six-storey scheme on Radmarsh Road in Lenton at a planning committee meeting on Wednesday afternoon (18 December).
The 222-bedroom development, located on a former timber yard, will include a mixture of cluster flats and self-contained studios.
