Care provider expands in Nottinghamshire

Respectful Care

A Mansfield-based domiciliary care company has expanded into Worksop.

Respectful Care was founded in 2013 and is rated “Outstanding for Caring” by the Care Quality Commission.

The company, which covers Mansfield, Nottingham, Chesterfield and Rotherham from its premises in Mansfield Woodhouse, has decided to extend its services to Worksop after experiencing an uptick in demand.

Chief executive Mark Docherty said: “Respectful Care has worked hard to gain a reputation for delivering excellent support to people who need it most. In fact, our staff were awarded an Outstanding rating for their Caring when they were assessed by the official standards regulator, the Care Quality Commission.

“We have seen an increasing number of enquiries from the Worksop area so it makes sense to more formally cover that part of Bassetlaw. Worksop has a wonderful community and we are delighted that we can become a trusted part of that.”

Registered care manager Keeley Riley added: “To work as a carer with Respectful Care, you have to be a very special person. You are entrusted to look after people in their own homes, often helping them to lead happy and independent lives.

“This expansion in Worksop means that we can help more and more people and I’m looking forward to being a part of that.”

Respectful Care provides personal care, dementia care, palliative care and companionship services.
