New images of £35m PRS scheme revealed

How the scheme will look

Fresh images of a major £35m Leicester city centre PRS residential scheme have been revealed.

The 267 apartment development, on Sandacre Street in the city, was given planning permission last summer. It is now understood that work could start on site later this year on scheme over two blocks, ranging between five and 11 storeys in height.

The developers behind the scheme are West London Properties and Delph Property Group.

A statement from Benchmark Architects said: “The end of last summer was an exciting time for us as we secured planning for a 267 PRS apartment scheme in central Leicester. It was a pleasure working closely with Leicester City Council Planning department and we were delighted when the scheme was approved through delegated powers.

“The project is due to start on site later in the year but in the meantime our client is exploring PRS funds. If this is of interest to you, please get in touch with us at Benchmark Architects.”
