£20m mixed-use facility in Notts town gets green light
A new £20m leisure centre and commercial space in Bingham have been granted planning permission in a move that could bring 150 jobs to the new site.
The scheme will include a mix of commercial and leisure space.
On the way is a new swimming pool, fitness gym, exercise studios, community hall and serviced offices on Chapel Lane in the town.
The office element will see six self-contained units in the ground floor, while on the first floor there will be a suite of offices of varying sizes.
It is envisaged that the building will be home to a variety of businesses – including professional services.
The new facility, designed by YMD Boon, could open as soon as 2022.
