Topps Tiles agrees £18m head office sale and leaseback deal
Topps Tiles has agreed an £18.1m sale and leaseback deal on its head office and central warehouse buildings at Grove Park, Enderby.
The company has sold the buildings to UK Warehouse Properties and says the deal will strengthen its bottom line as it responds to the Covid-19 crisis.
Topps has taken leased back the properties over a 20-year period for an annual rent of £1.2m.
The firm says it is in the processing of finalising a £10m CBILS payment.
