Nottingham IT start-up to expand after signing joint-venture deal

A Nottingham IT start-up which was launched earlier this year has signed a joint venture deal with Yorkshire-based communications firm Click ITC.

The deal will allow Dialog360 to expand its offer to SMEs across the East Midlands.

Dialog360 is a VoIP communication provider launched to help small businesses adapt to the changing environment following the coronavirus pandemic.

Powered by Cisco technology Dialog360 says it helps businesses create “stronger, more meaningful conversations” with customers and staff through a unified communication platform (UCaaS), which offers businesses across the East Midlands the chance to combine voice, web, video, and instant messaging into one solution.

Riz Mian, manager at Dialog360, said: “Six months ago, no one could have predicted quite how drastically the world was about to change. COVID-19 has meant that businesses are now reliant on effective communication between staff and customers, which is why we have launched Dialog360; helping them to streamline their processes through innovative VoIP solutions.

“We have already had an incredible reaction since our launch, and we are very proud to be partnering with Yorkshire-based ClickITC, enabling us to offer clients even more communication solutions.”
