Major city centre building bought by serviced office provider

A major Derby city centre building has been sold to a serviced officer provider.

Staton Young has bought 10 The Wardwick from Clowes Developments in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

The deal follows Staton Young’s acquisition of 4 Victoria Street, the former Post Office building in Derby city centre earlier this year.

Lucy Wilde, associate director at the firm said: “We are very pleased to have secured the purchase of this building and are of course delighted to be once again, investing in Derby.”
