Stirlin set to bring home new industrial units in Branston

How the new units will look

Lincolnshire property developer, Stirlin, has started construction on further employment space on its new business park in Branston.

Kirk’s Yard is a 1.2-acre commercial development, around four miles to the South East of Lincoln city centre.

Stirlin completed Phase 1 of Kirk’s Yard in March 2019, which included six light industrial units ranging in size, from 1,000 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft.

Phase 2 will provide five more industrial units at slightly larger sizes, ranging from 1,507 sq ft – 2,005 sq ft.

Managing director of Stirlin, Tony Lawton, says, “Following the significant interest we received for Phase 1, with all units now sold and occupied, we’ve seen a strong demand for new employment space within the area. This interest pointed towards a requirement for slightly larger premises. Therefore, we have designed Phase 2 accordingly. We’re so pleased to be able to provide further employment space to meet this demand.”

“With three out of the five units in Phase 2 now sold subject to contract, the site has proven extremely popular, particularly due to its easy access to the new Lincoln Eastern Bypass which allows people to avoid traffic congestion in the city centre.”

“We are currently exploring new site opportunities to provide more space to facilitate growing businesses and bring further employment to the county.”

Structural works are currently underway on the new building, with completion expected for September this year.
