Nottingham-based PR and digital agency Tank’s has announced eight new additions to its team.

Rebecca Peel leads the company’s list of new appointments as its newest PR account manager. Having started her career in digital and technology PR after originally training as a journalist, she will now manage campaigns for Tank’s roster of consumer-focussed clients.

Meanwhile, Robyn Evans has been hired as the agency’s social media manager. She will develop its organic, paid social advertising and training offering, having previously worked in both agencies and in-house as a social media marketer.

Tank has also further expanded its capability with the appointment of SEO specialist Jake Cassedy. He will manage the technical aspects of search engine optimisation for clients, boosting the firm’s capability as a full-service digital PR agency.

To support and deliver campaigns, Katie Crossthwaite joins as a senior account executive. Meanwhile, Annabel Redgate, Sara Solti and Giorgia Francis join as new PR account executives, as well as Dita Costa as a new digital marketing apprentice.

Phil Kelsey was also recently announced as the new commercial director of both Tank and sister creative agency Warbox, and will oversee the economic development of each.

Director and founder Trevor Palmer said: “The fact that Tank has been able to achieve year on year growth since its launch in 2010, to the extent of being listed in the PR Week 150 this year, is testament to the culture and knowledge that exists within the team here.

“The new people we have welcomed to the agency will enable us to offer our clients an even higher standard of service, across a more diverse range of disciplines.”
