New HQ to deliver growth for freight services firm

Parcel distribution firm PAGE Freight Services has expanded into a 13,000 sq ft unit on Colwick Industrial Estate.

The firm is relocating due to rapid growth and has taken the new space in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants, which acted on behalf of landlord Venus Estates.

Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP Property Consultants said: “This combined letting to an already established operator has almost brought Colwick Industrial Estate up to full occupation. I feel PAGE Freight are a great addition to an estate of already excellent tenants. The Colwick market is getting stronger and stronger with limited stock now being the issue.”
