‘Next generation’ business park approaches 100% occupancy
There are just three units remaining at what has been dubbed a “next generation” Nottinghamshire business park.
High demand from occupiers has seen a flurry of deals completed at Whyburn Business Park, on Wigwam Lane in Hucknall – an already established and popular location.
Whyburn Park is made up of brand-new high-calibre industrial B1, B2 and B8 units, ranging from 1765-18,813 sq ft . Current occupiers include Oshino Lamps, Hallam Interiors and Multicolour Ltd.
