Double win for Nottingham specialist property law firm

Nottingham-based property specialist law firm Landsmiths Solicitors have been recognised at the British Conveyancing Awards.

Law firms and legal suppliers came together from around England and Wales to the heart of Westminster for the awards which showcased excellence in the conveyancing industry nationally.

Landsmiths was a named winner of the Boutique Conveyancing Firm of the Year and their head of residential conveyancing Chloe Smart was named “One to Watch” Conveyancer of the Year.

Landsmiths demonstrated to a panel of judges across the conveyancing sector their outstanding technical expertise, customer service, people development and investment in systems/technologies to win the award.

Smart was recognised with her award as being a technically skilled individual with a high level of involvement within the sector developing best practice and committed to exceptional client service.

She said: “I was delighted to have been shortlisted for this award and even more so to have won it. It has been an exceptionally busy period for residential conveyancers and during that time I have dealt with some very complex matters. It is great to be recognised by the judges for this and the fact that I and the team have worked hard to ensure that our clients receive exceptional client service at all times.”
