Avant Homes has strengthened its East Midlands team with the appointment of Reece Richiardi as senior land manager.

Richiardi brings more than nine years’ property industry experience to the company having begun his career renovating office and residential space into apartments before moving into housebuilding in 2018.

He said: “It’s exciting to be a part of the expanding land team in the East Midlands and I am looking forward to adding my experience and helping further grow the team.

“We have ambitious growth plans for the region, and I will be ensuing we can find and secure some outstanding new sites to help the business deliver them.”

Based in Nottingham, Avant Homes East Midlands currently has nine developments under construction in the region ranging from Ashbourne to Kettering.

“As the senior land manager for the region, Reece will be essential in driving new land acquisitions forward to push our East Midlands operation towards further success.”

Flint Bishop has appointed a new manager to lead the data analytics team at its head office in Derby.

Jamie Pearson joins the law firm from marketing analysis company Go Inspire.

He has also worked for E.ON and TDX Group.

Pearson’s appointment follows the arrival of Niall Gilhooley as head of debt services last month.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining Flint Bishop at what is clearly an exciting time for the business. I have been impressed with the firm’s hands-on approach to debt recovery and its already strong in-house data analytics capabilities.

“I am also looking forward to working alongside Niall, who is a leading figure in this industry and an exceptional strategist. We will be applying advanced data science methodology to target our strategies, improve efficiency, and ultimately provide a better experience for the clients.”
