153 homes planned for ‘vibrant and attractive’ market town

Woodland Valley

Housebuilder Persimmon Homes has announced plans to create 153 additional homes at its Woodland Valley development in Northamptonshire.

The next phase of the scheme at Rothwell will include a selection of one, two, three and four-bedroom houses specifically designed for local buyers.

Work on the new homes is expected to begin next month.

Persimmon Homes Midlands’ sales director Claire Dearsley said: “Woodlands Valley has already been incredibly popular with people keen to live in the vibrant and attractive area of Rothwell.

“Our latest phase, located off Fallow Road, will offer further opportunities for local buyers to acquire a high-quality new home, carefully designed to suit modern living.

“All of the houses offer flexible and open plan living with direct access into the gardens.

“New homes are built to the latest energy efficient standards, making them cheaper to run than older properties.”
