Investor snaps up packaging firm premises

A premises of Chesterfield packaging firm Robinson is up for grabs after being sold to investor Rotherhill Developments.

Robinson is set to move out in October after selling part of its property portfolio.

On behalf of private Landlords, FHP Property Consultants and joint agents Commercial Property Partners (CPP) have been instructed to market the 38,500 sq ft Brierley Park Close in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire..
