Hillarys head of sustainability confirmed as speaker for November networking lunch
The professional in charge of sustainability at blinds, shutters and curtain giant Hillarys has been revealed as speaker at our forthcoming Meeting the energy price challenge networking lunch.
Sam Cutler, head of sustainability at the Nottingham-based manufacturer and retailer, will join us on Thursday November 10 at Baresca in Nottingham city centre to discuss how Hillarys is meeting the challenge of rising energy prices.
Tickets for this exclusive event are now available and include a tapas lunch and welcome drink.
The latest soaring energy prices will affect everyone, both personally and commercially, and organisations are finding themselves in unfamiliar territory. Are businesses running comfort systems more than necessary and
wasting energy in the process?
In the current climate, it is no surprise that energy efficiency and cost reduction is a top priority at boardroom level for 8 out of 10 companies. 58% are increasing energy efficiency to manage risk, which rises significantly to 84% among businesses with a £2 million+ spend on energy.
At this lunch event we’ll hear from businesses from across the spectrum of industry on how they’re facing up to increasing energy costs – as well as expert advice from those who can help lower your bills.
