New serviced office scheme hits the market

A new serviced office scheme in the heart of Nottingham’s professional services quarter has been brought to market by FHP Property Consultants.

14 Regent Street comprises a host of suites ranging in size from 227 sq ft to 3,047 sq ft.

The scheme is split across five floors and has recently benefitted from a refurbishment. Several tenants – whose identity has yet to be revealed – have already been secured.

Amy Howard, surveyor at FHP Property Consultants, said: “I am excited to work alongside our client in securing them a number of tenants at 14 Regent Street with the hope of achieving full occupancy in the next few months. The suites are attractive to a range of different occupiers, including small start-up businesses.

“We are seeing the enquiries for smaller office units increase due to issues such as energy prices rising, along with several other factors. Serviced offices are a quick fix to these issues and it provides occupiers with the comfort of flexible leases on an all-inclusive basis.”
