Refrigeration wholesaler extends footprint in Castle Donington

TEFCOLD UK, the Leicestershire-based commercial refrigeration wholesaler, has taken the lease on a 17,633 sq ft warehouse unit at Castle Donington.

Commercial property specialists at Andrew + Ashwell orchestrated the deal to lease the new premises, which neighbours two of TEFCOLD’s existing warehouses.

The end terrace unit includes a two-storey office block and an additional works office.

TEFCOLD UK is a trading name of Interlevin Refrigeration Ltd.
