£9bn software firm names new marketing boss

The Access Group has appointed Teté Soto to lead its global marketing strategy.

Soto replaces Gursaran Marjara as chief marketing officer at the Loughborough-headquartered software giant following Marjara’s retirement and transition to a non-executive role.

Soto joins The Access Group from cloud-base tech platform Amigo Technology, where she was CEO. Between 2013 and 2021 she held a number of senior roles at O2, including customer marketing director, general manager of online and multichannel, and transformation director, and previously worked for worked for AllSaints and Dixons.

The Access Group made headlines last summer when it received fresh investment from its shareholders Hg and TA Associates, which valued the company at £9.2bn.
