Acquisitive testing and compliance firm snaps up Welsh counterpart
Phenna Group, the Nottingham-based testing, inspection, certification and compliance firm, has continued its acquisition spree by snapping up a Welsh counterpart.
The bullish company’s swoop for Cansford Laboratories – a drug, alcohol, and steroid testing business headquartered in Cardiff – follows the acquisitions of Ramm Sanderson, PKI Solutions and DM Safety & Health in early February.
The acquisition of Cansford, which offers a UK-wide testing service for individuals and organisations in the family law, social care, criminal law and education sectors, was completed for an undisclosed sum.
