Property consultancy lands historic management instruction

Barton Hall

The property management department at Burton-based Rushton Hickman have landed a major new management instruction.

The firm will look after the management of Barton Hall in Church Broughton, Derbyshire.

Barton Hall is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 15th Century on a site of around 168 acres of land.

In addition to the main residence there are four cottages, racing stables, a bungalow, yard area and farm and grazing land.

Richard Fairey, director of the property management arm of Rushton Hickman, said: “The setting of Barton Hall is second to none and our local knowledge and experience of similar settings such as this ensures that our client is in the right hands”.
