Property professional in a rush to launch new consultancy

Well-known property professional, Stephen Rush, has launched a new homes and residential property consultancy, Lion Sales & Marketing.
Based in Market Harborough, Lion Sales & Marketing will work alongside housebuilders, developers, land agents and other property professionals to boost brand awareness, sales performance, marketing strategy and customer service skills. Services include mystery shopping, market research, sales and land pricing reports and campaign strategy and management.
“Although an independent consultancy, the idea is for Lion Sales & Marketing to act as an extension or addition of a housebuilders’ existing sales team,” said Rush. “We all know there are times when another pair of hands or fresh eyes could’ve proven beneficial, and this is where Lion steps in. The best results come from collaboration, and I take pride in building longstanding relationships which enable talented teams to thrive.”
Rush has held director-level roles a CALA Homes, Walton Homes and William Davis Homes.
He added: “My career has involved many highlights and memorable moments, from winning What House? awards, considered the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry, to using the original car from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to launch a development. However, the time was right for me to realise another long-held dream of owning my own business, so Lion Sales & Marketing is now live.
“Working with Lion will allow housebuilders to gain a fresh, independent perspective on a project, strategy or problem, backed up by considerable industry experience and an innovative, can-do attitude. I have the confidence of knowing not only what companies of different sizes need, but also where my knowledge and skillset will add value.”
