Lincolnshire digital marketing agency swoops for advertising and design firm

Knapton Wright, the Brigg-based marketing agency, has acquired Lincoln counterpart Bazzoo to its team and unveiled a rebrand for the agency.

The deal  brings over 100 new clients on board for Knapton Wright, while it says its technical marketing skills will complement Bazzoo’s design and print focus.

This deal was was advised on by RNS Chartered Accountants and Chris O’Connor, a legal advisor at Knapton Wright.

Director Alex Wright said: “I could say that further expansion and growth is next, but actually, it’s right that we have a period of consolidation. We need to spend some time getting to know our extended client base and make sure Knapton Wright and Bazzoo become known as one entity.

“That said, Rob, Louise and I don’t like to stay still, we’re always looking for ways to improve our business, the experience our team has and the results our clients get through working with us. Our aim in setting up Knapton Wright was to provide opportunities for people to do great work in a creative marketing environment by building great relationships with brands that grow as a result of what we do; this acquisition is another building block.

“In the next month or so, we’re also moving out of our Brigg base of the past seven years, to a shiny new office a few miles down the road – watch this space.”

In partnership with Number 75 Design, a brand and website design specialist in Lincoln, Knapton Wright says its rebrand involves working with businesses to “create long-lasting creative marketing solutions that have a lower carbon footprint”.
