New tenant announcement expected as industrial scheme reaches completion

A new industrial scheme in Derbyshire is now complete, with the first set of tenants soon to be released.

This project features five new industrial units at the Stanton Forge development.

All five units, each measuring 1,383 sq ft are available for new leases through NG Chartered Surveyors

D M Hartshorn Investments, a local company, is behind this scheme, building on the success of its earlier phase completed in 2016 on Littlewell Lane at the business park.

David Hartshorn from D M Hartshorn Investments said: “It’s great to see this second development complete and new tenants getting ready to move in.

“We are in the process of obtaining planning permission for a third phase on the site.”

Richard Sutton, managing director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “It’s no surprise that the second phase of Stanton Forge is proving so popular.  When we launched the first phase we had over 60 enquiries for the units and agreed disposal terms on all of them before they were completed and this second phase is following a similar path.
