Hat-trick of lettings for property consultants

FHP, representing various private landlords, recently closed three deals in Nottingham city centre.

Rudy’s Pizza has secured the former FCUK building at 6-10 Victoria Street.

They are currently in the process of fitting out the ground and basement floors for a grand opening in late November.

Rudy’s is a well-known Neapolitan pizza restaurant with more than 20 locations across the UK.

Regional jeweller Grace & Co has taken over the space at 17 St Peter’s Gate, previously occupied by TM Lewin.

After TM Lewin closed its physical stores, the landlord converted the upper floors into residential units and refurbished the ground and first floor for Grace & Co.

With 11 stores and featuring brands like Pandora and Nomination, Grace & Co is now located between White Company and Molton Brown.

Bird & Blend has relocated and expanded from Victoria Street to a new location at 24 Bridlesmith Gate.

Their new shop is open for business, the space includes a ground-floor area of 665 sq ft and a first-floor area of 528 sq ft.

Oliver Marshall, director at FHP Property Consultants, said: “It is always great to bring new tenants to the city and to relocate existing ones to secure their long-term commitments to Nottingham. These are three really strong brands in different sectors that really add to the vitality of the city centre and crucially help us to attract other new operators for the city.”
