Mission Mars set for blast off with West Bridgford restaurant

Mission Mars, the hospitality operator, looks set to open a venue in West Bridgford – just weeks after launching in Nottingham city centre.

The company is advertising for jobs in West Bridgford for its Rudy’s pizza restuarant brand – with positions for a general manager, deputy manager and assistant manager available at salaries up to £37,500, plus a quarterly bonus.

Mission Mars opened a Rudy’s in the former French Connection unit on Victoria Street just a few weeks ago.

The move come after bar operator Arc Inspirations finally backed out of siting one of its Manahatta bars in the unit because of concerns about its heritage status.
