Castlewood Business Park the perfect fit for school uniform supplier

Schoolblazer, the uniform and sportswear supplier, has taken 77,000 sq ft of space at Castlewood Business Park in north Nottinghamshire.

The firm has signed a 10-year lease on the new unit in a deal brokered by Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants, on behalf of client Hines.

He said “It’s great to see this deal done so quickly after practical completion of the building.

“The building formed part of a portfolio that Hines purchased on a forward funding basis from Clowes Developments, with this being the second deal on the portfolio, which means we have now let nearly 200,000 sq ft of space for them since their acquisition.”
