Duo forge stronger relationship through new five-year contract

A Lincolnshire builder and LV= General Insurance has recently signed a new five-year contract.

Under this agreement, Gelder Group will provide validation and fulfilment services for around 3,000 home claims annually.

This partnership, which began in 2016, aims to further strengthen the relationship between the two businesses.

As part of the agreement, Gelder Group will invest in further training, recruitment, and equipment.

This includes LV= branding on various assets and the acquisition of specialised equipment such as drying equipment and 360 cameras for surveyors.

These investments aim to enhance the services provided to Liverpool-based insurance provider, LV= during the claims process.
