Housebuilder acquires new site for £90m home development
A Barlborough-based housebuilder has secured a multi-tenure home development site at Pleasley Hill, after exchanging contracts on 22 acres of land at Pleasley Hill Farm, Mansfield.
Subject to planning, Avant Homes Central will build 396 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes which will have a gross development value of £90m.
The site will form part of a wider mixed-use development which includes up to 850 residences, incorporating retail and commercial spaces.
Some 40 units designated as affordable housing.
Under a Section 106 agreement, approximately £2.1m will be spent on local services, education and healthcare.
