New care home set for Derbyshire after site sale

Business property adviser Christie & Co, has revealed the sale of a development site in Clay Cross, Derbyshire, with planning permission for an 81-bedroom care home.
The project, undertaken by Minton Care will be a three-story care home featuring en suite bedrooms, lounges, dining areas, a hair salon, gym, library, cinema, activity room, café, and landscaped gardens.
Following the sales process by Christie & Co, the site was acquired by LNT Care Developments, with plans to complete the home in 2025.

The sale price of the development site remains undisclosed.
