Developer starts construction on 760,000 sq ft unit at prime site

The initial phase of construction at Magna Park North Lutterworth has brought forward around 1m sq ft of space, spread across three units sized at 200,000 (MPN1), 503,000 (MPN2), and 297,000 (MPN3) sq ft.

All these units were leased before completion, and an additional build-to-suit project spanning 310,000 sq ft (MPN4) has been secured by LX Pantos.

In 2022, GLP collaborated with North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College, as well as Wincanton, to establish The Centre for Logistics, Education, and Research (CLEAR), a facility dedicated to research, innovation, education, and training, serving both park occupants and the broader logistics sector.

During the last phases of the development, Magna Park Lutterworth has attracted customers including Bleckmann, Iron Mountain, LX Pantos, Unipart, and Centrica.

The park now comprises 49 buildings, totalling over 13m sq ft.
