Law firm lands spot on legal services panel
Law firm Freeths has been selected as a new supplier on the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium’s (CHIC) legal panel for the next four years.
The appointment will allow Nottingham-based Freeths to offer legal services to over 250 members across the UK, covering all aspects of development, including site acquisitions, building safety, planning and environmental matters.
Sarah Rowe, housebuilding & strategic land partner and head of social housing, has been designated as the client partner on the panel and will be supported by a multi-disciplinary team from Freeths’ 13 UK offices.
